Among them are:

Santa Claus is Coming to Town
Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
The Santa Clause parts 1, 2 and 3
Fred Claus
The Polar Express
Miracle on 34th Street
Santa Baby
Elf
…and too many more to mention

Flying Reindeer
Those antlered creatures that pull the infamous sleigh. All by way of magic, here portrayed to be good. Movies abound with a few being:

Any movie about santa
Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
Prancer
Prancer Returns

Frosty The Snowman
A snowman, crafted by children, yet comes to life by the magic powers in a magician’s hat. Nothing but magic in this tale, and how we should all embrace it because it’s good. A few movies about this are:

Frosty The Snowman
Frosty Returns
Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer (where he’s clearly hinted at in the talking snowman narrator)
Jack Frost (a clear spin-off)

Spirits
Quite a lot of holiday tomes are filled with spirits. Mainly those who lived before us and constantly walk this world, in a realm that we cannot see. Another reference to the spiritual warfare that surrounds us. Yet we’re not to be concerned with this in the least because they are ALL friendly and mean us well. This obviously doesn’t come from the Holy Scriptures, which teaches us quite the opposite. Spirits are everywhere throughout christmas, from angels to the so-called christmas spirit (or spirit of christmas), what ever that is. Movies… there’s a TON. Examples are:

Any version of A Christmas Carol
Noelle (a person favorite of mine)
Jack Frost
A Christmas Visitor
Angel In The Family
It’s a Wonderful Life (another person favorite of mine)

While movies aren’t the root of the problem, they go a long way to reinforcing belief and trust in many things Scripture warns us to avoid such as magic, spirits, and false gods. These movies are charming, fun, exciting, and show us why we should embrace satan and all things evil. The next time you watch one, assuming you still will, watch closely, ask YHWH to peel the scales from your eyes and allow you to have ‘eyes to see’, and see if you don’t begin to find all of the inherently wrong things in each of them.

If I’ve ruined christmas for you, I would say I’m sorry, but I’m not. Now it’s YOUR responsibility to inform others, and begin walking the path through the narrow gate. May YHWH bless you!

Now that we have a rudimentary understanding of the pagan origins of christmas (never again capitalized in my world) and why Christians should shun it, let’s examine a part of the celebration in a little more detail: the movies. This particular task came as not only a rude awakening to me, but also a rather […]

[8
49,55,54,53
post-809","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-church","tag-christmas","tag-holiday","tag-movies","tag-pagan
["GET
